Mayday Club Youth Choir

The Mayday Club Youth Choir for Autism Advocacy is a new rock music performance team for youth between the ages of 6 years and 25 years. This is an inclusive group of young people who face various challenges such as autism, ADHD, depression and anxiety etc., who wish to use rock music and personal testimony to educate audiences about the abilities of individuals on the autism spectrum. The choir is welcoming and accommodating to young people of ALL ABILITY LEVELS. It provides children with an opportunity to benefit from music lessons, one-on-one mentor-ship from a like-minded high school student, and the opportunity to be part of a performance team. Additionally, it will provide high-school students and young adults with an opportunity to earn volunteer hours while making friends and covering popular and classic rock songs with like-minded people.

The Mayday Club team is currently recruiting members! We are looking for child members that would be interested in benefiting from our rock music performance / mentor-ship program. We are also recruiting high-school volunteer members of all ability levels that would like to be part of our performance team and a mentor to a younger child member. Additionally, we are seeking a few adult volunteers with experience with young people on the autism spectrum to be present at our rehearsals as supervisors, to further ensure the safety and well-being of our young team.

To learn more, or to schedule an audition or submit an application, please contact us at . We look forward to hearing from you!
